Welcome to Ciechocinek, the biggest and most famous lowland spa in Poland, which gained
international fame owing to salt springs, saline groundwaters, chloride-sodium-iodide-bromide
brines and brine graduation towers. The very name of the sanatorium "Pod Tê¿niami" (At the
Graduation Towers") comes from the name of these unique constructions. The graduation towers
with their recognized healing powers and the beautiful park create friendly environment and
perfect conditions for recovery and relaxation. In the recent 20 years we have established the
reputation of being a sanatorium of a wide range and high standards of services and treatments.
We have transformed the sanatorium into a modern, well-equipped place which meets the demanding
international standards in the area of accommodation, services, treatments and medical care, and
food preparing. We were rated highly and honored with the title of the Polish Best Hotel in the
1st and 2nd edition of the competition for the best hotel organized by the Polish Chamber of
Hotel Trade, and Wiktor Kolbowicz, the Chairman of the Board was awarded the title of the
Manager of Polish Hotel Trade. Treatments: We specialize in the treatment of the following diseases: * of a skeletal system - rheumatic, orthopedic diseases (among others: degenerative spine disease and joint disease, post-traumatic conditions) * of a circulatory system - (among others: arterial hypertension, coronary disease, post-infarctional and post-surgical conditions, lower limbs sclerosis) * of a respiratory system - (among others: chronic diseases of air passages: angina, sinusitis, bronchitis; allergies) * of a nervous system - (among others: sciatica, post-apoplexy conditions), * of digestive and endocrine systems - (among others: diabetes, obesity) We ensure medical care of highly qualified physicians and nurses who employ recognized rehabilitating methods, e.g. Kaltenborn's method used in manual therapy) We specialize in rehabilitating women with mastectomies.
